Book freight elevator and loading zone if the building requires it.
Ask management if they need a COI (Certificate of Insurance) from your photographer.
Provide door codes/keys and instructions for alarms, pets, or smart locks.
Clear hallways and entry so the first frame feels calm and spacious.
Light & Timing
South/west exposures glow from 2–6 PM most of the year; north light is flattest (good for color).
For city views, aim for late afternoon into blue hour—you’ll keep both interior and skyline detail.
Turn all lights on or all off—mixing can cause orange/blue color cast.
